Brenda Locke has lived in the riding since 1980 and has been active in a variety of capacities and organizations including:
- Involved in the Surrey Board of Trade
- Tourism
- Green Timbers Heritage Society
- Board for Independent Living
- Crime Prevention Society
As MLA for the Surrey Green Timbers Riding and BC's Minister of State for Mental Health & Addiction Services, Brenda helped bring both a new SFU campus and RCMP headquarters to Surrey.
Brenda is a visible and active member of the Surrey community who will bring real representation for Surrey's Fleetwood - Port Kells Riding in Ottawa.
